New Specialists in Local Excellence are expected to have trajectories in fields that can naturally be complemented when aspiring to become Specialists, carrying within their experience the resonance of legitimacy and belonging.
Specialists in Local Excellence are initiated to the Discipline through our online Disciplinary Advisory—essential for their proper initiation. Its duration is determined by the person assigned to guide the new Specialist into the foundations of the Discipline, accompanying them along the path toward becoming a Specialist. Alongside this, each Specialist is invited to partake in activities we curate and design, all oriented toward our shared goal: advancing the development of Local Communities of Excellence. They may also join our Local Experiences, Events, Cultural Journeys, Forums, and Networking Activities alongside other Custodians—initiatives that broaden perspectives, foster meaningful connections, and reinforce the strength of our collective Discipline.

The contribution of each new Accredited Specialist stands as a foundational pillar, sustaining the efficient application of the Discipline within their practice. Personal expenses that may arise from activities within the ecosystem, together with any additional requests from the Carolina Graff Disciplinary Advisory Council, remain the responsibility of each Accredited Specialist.
It is important to note that every five years, Specialists in Local Excellence are required to actualize and renew their accreditation.

Carolina Graff Specialists act as independent professionals, enjoying the freedom to pursue parallel personal projects while articulating themselves in the world as Custodians of the Culture of Universal Excellence.
How do our Specialists articulate the economic return of their applied expertise in each project?
The fees established by the Accredited Specialists of Carolina Graff are the exclusive responsibility of each Accredited Specialist, and all earnings generated belong entirely to them. Carolina Graff and its ecosystem do not retain any percentage of the Specialists’ gains, safeguarding their full autonomy and integrity.
